QLM Visits Surge in Popularity in Summer Vacation

In the summer of 2023, the number of visitors to the Qian Xuesen Library and Museum continued to rise, with an average daily reception over 2000 visitors in July, exceeding the historical number of the same period. On July 16th, QLM received over 4000 visitors on a single day, reaching a record high since its opening.

 

Summer is always the peak visiting time for QLM to receive students from all over the country. To prepare for the summer peak, QLM has launched a series of activities around the theme of "scientific spirits” to best facilitate the needs of various visitor groups.

 

QLM also launched special tours in the summer to introduce the museum from ‘behind-the-scenes’ perspective. Six experts from different departments held special tours for visitors to help clarify the exhibition and to present a vivid image of Qian Xuesen.
