Commemorative Concert for Professor Jiang Ying at SJTU

Qian Xuesen is an outstanding alumnus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). His spirit and deeds have not only touched the hearts of people across the nation but also deeply moved the faculty, students, and alumni of this university. Qian Xuesen believed that an innovative atmosphere and artistic cultivation are important factors in the education of scientific and technological talents. It is believed that Professor Jiang Ying's accomplishments in music education, and the wonderful performances of the outstanding musicians she has trained, will stimulate innovation thinking for SJTU students.

Qian Yonggang, son of Jiang Ying and the director of the Qian Xuesen Library & Museum, introduced that the musicians performing in the concert were among the first group of students taught by Professor Jiang Ying at the Central Conservatory of Music.
